Terms of Service

By registering on Bhoi Matrimony ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including those who register profiles on behalf of family members.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register on this Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are a member of the Bhoi community and that all information provided in your profile is accurate, truthful, and up to date. You may register on behalf of an unmarried family member who is at least 18 years of age.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login details with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account at matrimonybhoi@gmail.com.

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — finding a matrimonial match within the Bhoi community. You must not: create false or misleading profiles; use the Platform for commercial purposes or solicitation; harass, abuse, or threaten other users; share contact details or external links in your initial communications; attempt to access other users' accounts; scrape or copy profile data; or engage in any activity that violates applicable Indian law.

You are solely responsible for the content of your profile. Photos must be recent and clearly show the profile holder's face. Profile information must be truthful and current. We reserve the right to remove any profile content that we deem inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these terms, without prior notice.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

All content on the Platform including the name "Bhoi Matrimony", logo, design, and software is the property of the Platform operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform without explicit written permission.

Bhoi Matrimony is a platform that facilitates introductions between members of the community. We do not verify every claim made in user profiles and are not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided information. We are not liable for any harm, loss, or damage arising from meetings arranged through the Platform. We strongly encourage users to conduct their own due diligence before proceeding with any match.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, without notice, if we believe that the user has violated these Terms of Service. Users may delete their account at any time from the account settings page.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
